We are extremely happy to welcome Mark Eyles to our Divorce Team as an Associate Family Solicitor. Mark is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and is a fully trained and accredited Collaborative Lawyer – we now have 3 Collaborative Lawyers. He is also a Resolution accredited specialist in Children matters.
We champion Collaborative Law as one of the most effective approaches, together with Family Mediation, for resolving disputes arising from divorce and Children matters and the arrival of another experienced specialist in this area is a cause for some considerable rejoicing. We recognise that with his depth of experience as a Collaborative Lawyer specialising in high net worth financial disputes which have arisen out of relationship breakdown, divorce and matters pertaining to children, Mark is able to provide his clients with a quality of service and high degree of expertise not available from non-specialist solicitors. He also brings with him a proven track record as an extremely able and well established advocate in court.
For a firm that strives to recruit lawyers who are true specialists in their field, it’s great when one joins who is a specialist in more than one area of law. Mark is one such solicitor who in addition to his vast expertise in Collaborative Law, comes to us as an acknowledged specialist in the extraordinarily complex area of police and armed forces pensions. We feel that Mark very much represents a ‘two for the price of one deal’ for us and we are delighted to have him with us.
Mark will represent clients in Northampton, Leicester, Coventry, Rugby, Milton Keynes and Andover.
